Astrologer Services, owned by Rajdeep Kumar Modi HUF, is committed to providing high-quality products and services. This statement introduces their policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

  1. All sales are final, and no cancellations are permitted after an order is placed and payment is processed for any product on our website, including gemstones, jewelry, astrological reports, and other spiritual products.
  2. For personalized items like energized gemstones, astrology readings, or custom jewelry, you cannot cancel your order after it’s been placed and confirmed.
  3. If you need to change your order, you must request it within 24 hours of placing the order. While the company will try to make the changes, they are not guaranteed. Changes depend on whether they are possible and if the product or service is still available.

2. Refund Policy

  1. Because the items you can buy (like gemstones, jewelry, and custom reports) are either made specifically for you or are unique items, the company doesn’t offer refunds once you’ve bought them. All sales are final.
  2. The replacement policy states that if a product is received defective or damaged and the claim is approved, a replacement of the same or a similar product will be provided, depending on availability. Refunds for such products are not offered, only replacements.
  3. To report a defective or damaged product, infoastrologerservices.com within 48 hours of receipt. Additional information, such as images of the product, may be requested for evaluation.
  4. To qualify for a product replacement, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Used or altered products are not eligible for replacement.

3. Exceptions to Refunds

  1. Astrologer Rajdeep Kumar Modi’s astrological consultations and services are final, non-refundable, and deemed fully delivered once booked and provided.
  2. Energized gemstones and spiritual products are customized through specific rituals for each individual customer, which results in a strict no-return and no-refund policy.
  3. All sales of gift cards and promotional items are final and cannot be refunded.
     

4. Force Majeure

Astrologer Services is not responsible for failing to meet its obligations under this policy if such failures result from events that are beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations.
